OUR HISTORY AND PHILOSOPHY
NKW, Inc. was established in 1991 by Nick and Nita Wendelboe. We grew from a small office in Tempe with 15 employees to an average staff of over 150 field employees. In 2018, Nick and Nita retired and the NKW, Inc. ESOP was created as the new owner of NKW, Inc.
